Boykin Enterprise Transformation Advisory Services, LLC (“Boykin Advisory,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through www.boykinadvisory.com, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you — nothing more.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, organization, email address, area of interest, and message you provide.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us operate the site.
Data from services you connect, such as Airtable
If you’re a client and choose to connect a tool we built for you to your Airtable base, we read some of your Airtable data. This is how we handle it:
- Only the fields you map. We read the layout of the bases you share (table and field names) so you can choose, then copy only the fields you map into your tool.
- Read-only. We ask Airtable only for permission to read. We never add, change or delete anything in your base.
- Stored encrypted, used for one thing. The access key and the data we read are stored encrypted and used only to run your tool.
- Never sold, never used for training. We don’t sell it, share it with other clients, or use it to train AI models.
- Deleted when you disconnect. Disconnect at any time from your tool’s settings or your Airtable account, and we stop reading and delete what we copied. Otherwise it’s deleted with the rest of your records 90 days after our engagement ends, unless you ask us in writing to keep it. Copies in backups are gone within 30 days after deletion.

Service providers
We rely on a few trusted providers, each of which processes data only to deliver its service:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and the database that stores form submissions.
- Resend — delivers the email notification that lets us see and reply to your inquiry.
- Calendly — used only if you choose to book a meeting; your booking details are handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy.
- Airtable — used only if you connect your Airtable base to a tool we built for you; we read the fields you choose and never write to your base. Your base itself is handled under Airtable’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our business relationship, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared. Just email info@boykinadvisory.com and we’ll take care of it.
